We welcome all types of reasonable pets: dogs, cats, rodents, and so many others! Hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, or any other small pets must be caged and kept in a sanitary condition. As for dogs, we have a 50-pound weight limit and breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits. That means small- to medium-sized dogs that are not on our restricted breed list are welcome at our community. Whether it is a playful bark, a soft meow, or a song-like chirp, we love seeing our residents’ animals!

Northwind offers a wide range of floor plans for our residents. From our one-bedroom apartment to our townhome and our three-bedroom apartment, there is plenty of living space for you and your furry companion. In addition to our roomy apartments, there are areas within the community for your fur baby to run and play in. We even have stations for disposing of pet waste throughout the property, making clean up easy.
